Can small employers enjoy the purchasing power of large corporates? Not often, that’s for sure. But it’s small firms who stand to benefit the most from upskilling their staff, if only they could achieve the same cost per learner as their larger counterparts. In some cases, we’ll know of national, regional or local funds that are immediately available to you, which may fully or partly subsidise the costs of training. In most cases, you’d never be able to find a provider to match the levels of service and value they’d offer to a larger customer.
