Due to the extension of the Governments Apprenticeship Incentive scheme, our team have pulled out all the stops to bring forward our next Apprenticeship programme start dates.
All Mitre Apprentices complete their programme in groups alongside learners from other organisations and industries. Not only is it great for networking and share learning, but also creates a friendly learning environment, an open space share ideas and knowledge.
RECRUITING NEW STAFF FOR AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME? HERE'S HOW...
Speak with Mitre.
We'll help advise on accessing government funding and provide all the information you'll need about putting your staff onto an Apprenticeship Programme.
Decide on the Apprenticeship programme you'd like to run, then get your adverts out. Speak with us on how can help with you're recruitment and to find the perfect candidates.
Once you've identified candidates for recruitment, we'll support you by pre-screening our candidates for eligibility. If they're eligible, go ahead with the interview process.
Whilst you finalise the job position(s), we'll work with you to reserve your Apprenticeship Funding on the Digital Apprenticeship Service. For non-levy paying organisations, this will fund 95% of the cost of all training of your Apprentice(s).
You've got the perfect candidate, now's the time to offer them the job! Enrol your new employee into the business and get them settled in. Our on-boarding team will join you shortly.
Skills Scan and Induction.
Time for your Apprentice to get started with their learning. First, our friendly team will conduct a Skills Scan to identify their current position, and to agree some learning outcomes. They'll then receive a full induction onto their programme, receive an invite to our online learning platform, and have all the tools to get started!
Employer Engagement Meeting.
Before getting started, our Tutor team will meet with you and your Apprentice. Our programmes are demanding. For your Apprentice to get the most out of their programme we believe in creating a strong and committed 3-way working relationship! Once complete, you're Apprentice can start learning alongside their peers!
