The plaudits we have gained are externally and independently certificated. We were judged as ‘Good’ at our first ALI inspection with the report stating that our ‘Pass rates are consistently excellent’ and ‘relationships with employers are excellent’.
The Nationally recognised Matrix Standard also confirms that our processes and performance meet the standard for good quality customer service. ‘Excellent training delivery’, ‘very high quality of information, advice and guidance before delivery and throughout all processes’, ‘very good at listening to and taking account of customer needs’, ‘a breath of fresh air’ are just some of the comments from the official Inspection Report.
Our recent Investors in People report also highlighted how important our staff are to us. The independent Assessor identified that we ‘remain committed to quality and our core values’, ‘everyone feels a sense of contribution to the business’ and that ‘there is a strong team spirit and morale enhanced by respect, trust and care’.
