At Mitre we are passionate about the development of people and organisations.

We support organisations to become more inclusive and diverse through effective training and development strategies, ensuring teams understand how to embrace their differences, work as one and leverage their diversities to work inclusively together.
We provide a range of programmes to develop this from bespoke workshops through to fully accredited qualification programmes. Each one tailored to the organisations and all individuals taking part.
To continue awareness and development of this within the UK and internationally, we are proud supporters of the recently launched LEAD magazine whose mission is to define, analyse and showcase how leadership by women and under-represented groups is creating a massive shift in the way business and politics are being conducted.
