The objective of this qualification is to confirm occupational competence & provider learners with the knowledge, skills & understanding of spectator safety.
Learners will cover topics such as:
Preparing for spectator events, assisting with the movement of spectators, dealing with crowd issues at events, managing and resolving conflicts, dealing with incidents at spectator events and supporting the work of the team and organisation

Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is designed for those learners wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification in event security operations.
How long will it take?
The total qualification time for this qualification is 240 hours, of this 73 are recommended as guided learning hours.

The qualification is assessed using an externally set, internally assessed learner pack containing open-response questions and a practical observation and evidence recording document.
